Naaah, to be honest it was kinda hard for me to leave everything I'd been working so hard on x3. But anyway, RP?

I gots Skya, Gilbert, Jess, and then their horses [Aniol, Seeker, Fly, Freddie, Big Dog and Terrible] Umm, Freddie [yearling] needs a jockey...
Gilbert led his sixteen hand high thoroughbred yearling, Free as a Bird. He was a gorgeous blue roan, having black points with a roaned body, white/gray hairs swarming the black ones to give it a bluish tint. He pushed his black head into the man's shoulder, tail flicking and brown eyes soft. A white oval shaped star was displayed on his black forehead, contrasting with it, though currently his ebony forelock was covering it almost to it's fullest, only showing the edges barely. Gilbert tied him to the cross ties and ran a hand through his blonde hair; columbia blue eyes watching the colt's body as he brushed along his back. Most said he didn't look like a Gilbert, and to be honest, he didn't.
I've always been obsessed with the name Gilbert for some reason x3

[xD]
Keely was sitting in a tree, her legs could clearly be seen dangling from the branch she was sitting on. She was studying Gilbert quitly, a rather gaurded and wary look crossing her face. Since she had first came to thef acility she had been dramatically different then what she was now. In fact, in the good old days people got rather annoyed with her happy-go-lucky nature, and the happy, hopeful way she looked into her future all the time. Now....well....everyone knows how she is now.

Gilbet unhooked Freddie and looked up briefly; columbia blue eyes catching Keely faintly. He turned his head away but quickly did a double take, staring at her for a moment to register who it was. "Keely, is it?" He spoke in his deep, soft voice that had a soft country twang to it, since he was indeed from Alabama. He studied her, waiting patiently for an answer. Freddie had swung his head around inquisitively, wondering what his human was concentrated on, and, upon noticing Keely, he whinnied, outstretching his neck in an attempt to sniff her, but she was too far away from the immatured colt.

Keely flinched when Gilbert started to speak. She wasn't in the mood for talking. In fact, she never was anymore. Sighing, she nodded slowly, even though she was't sure if he could see her face or not. "Yes, and your Gilbert?" She asked slowly, her Irish accent rather heavy.

Gilbert nodded, studying her for a moment before looking at Freddie. The colt had moved over to rub on the tree, eyes narrowed halfway in contentment as he did so. "I was just about to have Jesse take Fred here for a spin, but you seem like you're lonely, so do you mind doing it instead?" He asked, pulled Free as a Bird back over to him and holding the colt still. He continued to patiently watch her, occasionally looking at Freddie and rubbing on him a bit.

Keely hesitated, before she slowly slid down the tree trunk, her feet making a soft thud as they landed on the ground. She tentatively took a step forward, nodding softly. "Alright." She offered a hand out to Freddie to sniff, her face as full as expression as a rock.

Gilbert frowned and looked over her for a moment, curious and about to ask why she sounded so... empty, but quickly thought it was a bad idea. He nodded and brought Freddie to the tack room, handing him over to Keely as he went inside and grabbed tack, coming back out and just saddling the colt right there. When he finished up with English saddle and had pulled the headstall over, he turned to Keely and nodded. "Do you need a leggup?" He asked in his tender southern accent, blue eyes blank now as he waited patiently. He had worked with horses his whole life and had learned a great deal of patience from it, even with people.
