Here's the plan for the facility's renovations.
The Main Barn
There will be a mare and foal section, a colts/stallions section, and a mare/filly section.
Medical Barn
An additional, smaller barn will be for horses being rehabilitated. It is divided into two halves. One is for those still being rehabilitated/healing from injuries (vet office is part of this building) and the other is quarantine. (the quarantine will be for all new arrivals to ensure no viruses spread through the stables in light of the upcoming virus outbreak).
Practice Track
The practice track will be redone, made longer and the sandy soil will be altered a touch so that it drains a bit better and doesn't flood during springtime. Additionally, it will be combed and better gates will be installed.
New Horses
The breeding program will take in more broodmares, and a few additional racers will be purchased.
Pastures
The pastures will be divided, though for the most part, they will be touching. The mares/fillies will be in one pasture while stallions, geldings, and colts will be in the other. A third, separate one is for mares with foals/yearlings.
You've pretty much read this on the main RP page, but this is more organized.

I like that. ^^ After Summerdreaming is retired, could she be bred to Zeph?  I think My Kryptonite will be her foal, maybe, because I found a picture that looks like a mix of them. |
