Brief Overview
The idea of the creator of Canis when crafting a being like such was perfection, an aspect the creator strove for. While the vessel alone was not one to uphold perfection, the creator then added equipment to the engineered specimens, thus rendering all foes helpless. They are built specifically for combat and though not entirely invincible they're pretty damn close.
The Men in Black Suits, or more formally known as the Canis, are an assemblage of what you might initially dismiss as everyday, law abiding citizens, but the actuality of the fact is that you couldn't be farther from the truth. They follow the instruction of their anonymous master and as it is the head honcho doesn't sound like the friendliest guy judging by his battle-ready creation.
Canis are varying in persona depending on the altered person. Some are volatile, others stony. But in the end they are all here for the same purpose of ensuring that every being in Las Vegas stays unaware. People that break from the daze are considered problem cases. If you're enough of a problem the only ultimatum is your death, which could as easily be done for just the high of a kill, because as easily as murdering you they could instead demolish your memory if you aren't as great a threat as some.
