Sadie sighed as Adam wound his arms around her. She leaned back against him with another sigh, eyes flickering close for just a moment. When he was near, she didn’t seem as stressed in this moment in time. One of her arms rested lightly against his wound around her waist, though, after a moment of contemplation, she shifted so she was facing him and wound her arms around his neck, burying her face into his chest and mumbling something against him, eyes shut tightly as she almost began to shake slightly. 91 WORDS NO TAGS OPEN THREAD OUT OF CHARACTER:

Brea's bright green eyes blinked open as she jolted awake, her arms flailing slighty as she looked up wildly, confused for a split second before she narrowed her eyes and stuck out her tongue at Kent. "Oh my God! Why?!" she pretended to glare at him for a moment, pieces of hay clinging to her frizzy hair. She suddenly jabbed him in the stomach, eyes flashing mischievously as she proceeded to tickle/attack him right back.

Adam didn't say another word, merely waiting for Sadie to decide if she'd like to talk about what was bothering her. He'd seen her leave and, being the nosy yet concerned boyfriend that he was, had followed her. He wasn't really sure what else to do other than approach and offer whatever comfort was possible.
When she turned into his chest, he adjusted his arms accordingly, one hand still resting lightly along her waist while his other lightly brushed up and down her back, again just a soothing manner and habit. The hand paused in its actions and gently brushed a few strands of hair out of her face, tucking them behind her ear. He gazed straight ahead as he held her, eyes all but unseeing at the moment. He was mostly tuned in to Sadie.

Kenton laughed gently at her glare, and all but squeaked when she revolted against him. After a little while of taking her assault, he grabbed her wrists and got really close to her face. "Miss Brea, that is not very nice." He informed her in a reprimanding voice. -- Sadie was silent for awhile, just soaking up the comfort that Adam offered as she shook slightly in her arms. She cursed herself silently, wishing she could've been... More brave, if that was a right word. She struggled to find what to say, but when it finally came to mind, she all but blurted it out, and it was probably a good thing. When his one hand that had been trailing up and down her back went to brush hair out of her eyes, she spoke. "I'm scared, Adam. I... I don't know what to do." She finally admitted.

Adam's hand lingered beside her face, gently brushing her chin and tilting her head up so she was looking him in the eye. He understood and it showed. "I know. It happens, Sadie. God, it's so hard to get past. I know how it feels." After his accident on Gallant Marines, he'd had trouble climbing back into the saddle, literally freezing in place, trying to remember how to breathe again. "Sometimes you fall, but, as the saying goes, you have to get back up in the saddle. Do you want to try riding with PV? He's gotten a lot better when it comes to listening. He just wants to run, he'll do whatever's asked of him."

"You're not very nice," she replied, staring back up at him with wide, unblinking green eyes. She didn't try to move away; she simply continued to look at him, her lips pursed slightly in a faint smirk.

Sadie examined his expression as she tilted her face towards his, eyes slightly wide, and odd, her expression was rather blank, except her eyes, which were expressive as ever. After a moment of mulling over his response, she nodded response, not trusting herself to speak again as she closed her eyes for a moment, swallowing hard. Every single time she tried to ride, she froze, and completely forgot everything. This scared her probably worse than it should, but that was one of her biggest fears, not being able to ride. Her eyes flickered open again and her forehead creased. She shifted slightly so she could plant a kiss on the corner of his mouth. She just needed the reassurance from him. -- Kenton smile wickedly before pulling back and leisurely reclining in the hay as if it were his throne. "So, Brea, what have you been up to?"

"Sadie, it will get better. It does, but you have to give it time. You have to keep trying, no m-" He was stopped as Sadie's lips pressed to the corner of his mouth. "C'mon. We'll make that dinner a lunch, okay? Does that sound fine? We never got a chance to go out because I was babysitting..." The corner of his mouth twitched faintly.
Sasha sat on his bed, staring vacantly at the earthy brown paint on his walls. He eventually flopped onto his back, eyes on the ceiling. He heaved a sigh. It was almost time for him to go visit Russia to see his mother again. Skya had originally wanted to go with him, but he wasn't sure if she was serious about going anymore. She'd mentioned it but he doubted she wanted to be depending on him for a week or so. She didn't know how to speak Russian. He'd have to be there constantly to translate for her when language barriers came up. He furrowed his eyebrows. She'd be in the same house as him, sitting next to him for endless hours on a plane. Did she want to go to Russia that badly?

Keely sighed, shifting her weight around. Of course she was acting slightly off, since she took'all her pills. It made her just act...strange. Creepy or craycray. "Will you...will you talk to me?" She pleaded hopefully, playing with her hands. She couldn't do this with Louis. Couldn't voice all her problems. Mostly because he just hugged her and said don't worry. She loved hugs, but they didn't always help

Sadie nodded slowly, offering the faintest of smiles, but the flashing over her white teeth against her lightly tanned skin did not reach her pretty blue eyes. Her eyes were still crinkled at the edges with worry. She reached up to brush her bangs out of her eyes when they had fallen back into their usual place. "Thank you Adam... And yeah, that sounds great." She said in a rather small voice, but didn't step back.
